As an individual ages, their physical and mental being are subjected to a number of forces and influences. This is a blog dedicated to using food and products to stay healthy while using environmentally-friendly products to preserve our nature.
Every now and then, I will write a diary to record everything consumed in order to monitor and observe the effects on my physical and mental state. Food and nutrition uniquely affects each person, and only trying and monitoring will confirm how. In particular, a diary should be used to track hormonal changes, bodily rhythms, mood fluctuations, and cravings.
